Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

From Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food magazine

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey or agave
1 Tsp mustard
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, using as much olive oil as you want to get the desired consistency.  Super easy, yummy, fast and most importantly.. budget-friendly!
