Simple Crepes

MMMmmm… stuffed with nutella and bananas!

This recipe, adapted from  My Kitchen Snippets, makes about 15 crepes the size shown above.  Matt had 4 and I had 3  so… the recipe makes enough for about 4 people?  It really depends.

1 3/4 cups milk (I used almond milk)
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

In a bowl mix together the flour, salt and sugar.

Make a well in these dry ingredients and add in the eggs, vanilla, and milk.

Whisk together until smooth.

Heat a skillet over high heat, and ladle the batter into the pan, swirling to thinnly cover the bottom.

Wait until one side is cooked, flip, cook 30 more seconds, then that’s it!  These were super easy.
